Refund Policy for ALL PROGRAMS: No refunds will be given. If there is a medical emergency and the player can no longer complete the league, a refund for the remaining sessions may be requested in writing to info@playhersports.com. PlayHer Sports does not pro-rate for missed dates.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If Rockville Sportsplex is open, games/clinics are still on as scheduled. We do not have any makeup dates if the facility closes. You can find out/check if Rockville Sportsplex closes on the homepage of their website: http://www.rockvillesports.com/index.html. As soon as we hear of a closing, we will also post an update to our home page, the league page and send out an email.
